My Client is a Medical Device Manufacturer in the Twin Cities area.  They have  unique products which are used in treatment of various types of cancer


They are looking for a Head of R & D. 


The company is seeking to hire a R & D Director with at least 10-12 years of experience.  They would like this person to be from a large organization with experience in hardware, software, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering.  Very importantly, this individual must have an ability to lead a cross functional team and be hands on in their approach.  As the Head of R & D, this person will be integrally involved in the product development process.


 


MUST


Come from Medical Device Industry


Have managed and lead organizations with Mechanical Electrical, and Software Engineers


Must a experience with product systems- not just single products


 


The job will be located in the Minneapolis St Paul area


 


If you do not have the require background and experience- you will not be considered
